2. Description of Service
Zipitly is an AI support inbox that gives your team a custom-domain email address (support@yourcompany.com) with enterprise-grade deliverability, reducing ticket response time from 7 minutes to under 2 minutes. It connects to the tools your team already uses — including Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Paddle, Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, GitHub, Linear, and Slack — to draft replies and offer one-click actions. The service is currently in early access.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all API keys or OAuth tokens connected to your account. You must not use Zipitly for any unlawful purpose or to execute actions against the terms of your connected third-party tools. All one-click actions require your explicit approval — no automated action is taken on your behalf without it.
4. Integrations & Third-Party Tools
Zipitly connects to third-party services via OAuth or API key using the minimum required permission scopes. You authorise these connections and can revoke them at any time. Zipitly is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of connected third-party platforms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Zipitly service are owned by Zipitly and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of your data, your customers' data, and any replies or actions you approve through the platform.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. AI-drafted replies are suggestions only and require your review and approval before sending.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zipitly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any actions executed via connected third-party tools.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
