We do not collect or store the contents of your customers' emails beyond the immediate AI processing window.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your email address is used to notify you about product updates and launch communications. Integration credentials are used solely to execute actions you approve — refunds, cancellations, issue creation, and similar operations — via the official APIs of each connected tool. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. AI Processing & Data Minimisation

Zipitly is privacy-first by design. AI models process incoming support emails transiently to understand intent and draft replies. No long-term storage of customer message content occurs. Actions are executed via official APIs with the minimum required scopes, and no action is taken without your explicit one-click approval.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. Integration credentials are deleted immediately upon disconnecting a tool. You may request full deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.

5. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for authentication and service operation. No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies are set.

6. Third-Party Infrastructure

Zipitly relies on trusted infrastructure and service providers for hosting, database, and email delivery. All third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
